Vanessa Garcia, M.S. | BCBA, CT LBA

As a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with almost two decades of experience, Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of the individuals and families she works with. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. Since 2005, Vanessa has had the pleasure of working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ages 2-16 across a variety of settings such as center-based, home-based, and school-based.

In addition to her position as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Vanessa serves as an adjunct faculty member at Bay Path University. Through this position, she has the opportunity to share her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis while providing mentorship and supervision to BCBA candidates enrolled in Bay Path University’s Applied Behavior Analysis Master’s degree program.

Vanessa’s journey in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis has been fueled by a deep-rooted commitment to compassionately supporting and empowering those she serves. She approaches every challenge with enthusiasm, drawing upon her extensive expertise to tailor evidence-based strategies to each client with the goal of fostering growth and transformation. With a heart for helping others and a drive to make a difference, Vanessa is honored to be a part of this remarkable field, where every milestone achieved is a testament to the collaborative efforts of dedicated service providers and supportive families.

In her spare time, Vanessa can be found spending quality time with her family, which includes her fiancée and their three dogs. She also enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and cooking delicious vegan meals.
