Translation Services for Families

A Step At A Time celebrates diversity and serves families in a wide range of languages. When a family comes to A Step At A Time at the point of intake, one of our Care Advocates talks with the family. During this time, we can determine the family’s primary speaking language and will assess to see if any available BCBA can fluently speak that specific language. If no available BCBA can fluently speak that specific language, we will look into translation services for the family. We also work with a translation agency to translate marketing materials when needed into the appropriate language.
