Bethany Schilling, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and NY State Licensed Behavior Analyst, brings over 12 years of experience in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals on the autism spectrum. With a Master’s degree in Education from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education, and a Bachelor’s degree from Capilano University, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism, Bethany possesses expertise and a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals and families.

Since 2012, Bethany has worked across various settings, including home-based, school-based, and community environments. Her extensive experience includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, providing direct therapy, mentoring and supervising trainee behavior analysts, and creating social group programming and naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions for children aged 2-16. She has a proven track record of achieving significant improvements in skill acquisition and behavior reduction through compassionate and neuroaffirming practices.

Bethany is known for her ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with care teams. She is passionate about integrating the latest research and best practices to ensure successful outcomes within a compassionate, neuroaffirming care model. Her journey in Applied Behavior Analysis is driven by a desire to empower those she serves, approaching every challenge with enthusiasm and a deep-rooted commitment to making a positive impact.

As an autistic individual, Bethany is especially passionate about supporting the autism community. She enjoys spending time with other autistic adults, fostering connections, and advocating for neurodiversity.

Outside of her professional life, Bethany enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and pets. She loves catching a SoulCycle class, cooking healthy vegan meals, and reading.
